In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, of the Law on Services of the Information and Electronic Commerce Society, Internet users (hereinafter, the user or users) are informed that this Legal Notice and its conditions regulate public access that Nexus Live, SL, Society with registered office in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 672, Barcelona (08010), with contact email hello@nexusclips.com and with CIF B67560854, which is inscribed in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona al Tomo 47163, Folio 166, sheet B-543244, inscription B-543244 (hereinafter, Nexus) offers users through its Roll n Roll application (hereinafter, THE APP) and its website (hereinafter, THE WEB).

The conditions that are collected here are applicable to all access forms that are made to the APP and the Web, including Internet, mobile via or any other device. Likewise, this legal notice will be jointly applicable with the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Terms of Use and any other document that regulates aspects of the APP and the Web that is subscribed between users and Nexus, without one prevails over another.

Acceptance

From the moment when users enter and use the APP and the Web are accepting the legal notice of Nexus, so access to the APP and the Web is conditioned on the prior reading and acceptance by any user of the Terms, Conditions, Communications, Warnings and Legal Notices. If any user was not in accordance with the content or part of the content of this Legal Notice, it must abandon the APP and the Web, not being able to access the products and services that are offered on.

The user declares to be of legal age and/or dispose of sufficient legal capacity to be linked to the legal notice, or having obtained the authorization of the person and/or institution that is in charge to accept it. Nexus reserves the right to make without prior notice the changes and modifications it deems appropriate on the APP, the Web and the Legal Notice.

Guarantees and responsibility of Nexus

Nexus has the right to temporarily suspend and without notice the accessibility to the APP and the Web, as well as to reserve the right to provide or cancel the services, trying to put it previously in the knowledge of the users, provided that the circumstances are allowed.

Nexus will offer and provide the services offered on the APP and the Web, guaranteeing the secret of communications that could exist with the user and responding to the claims that could be asked.

The user understands and accepts that the APP and the Web have been created and developed in good faith by Nexus and offers it in its current state to users.

Nexus is not responsible for those access and/or incorrect access problems on the part of users to the APP and the Web due to the use of a computer system (software and hardware) not suitable for it, as well as by use of certain browsers, Internet access restrictions, devices, operating systems, etc. and/or any other circumstances that may affect access to the APP and the Web by users.

However, Nexus does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the contents of the APP and the Web that can produce alterations in the user's computer system (software and hardware), on their devices or in electronic documents and files stored in your computer systems. Nexus is exempt from any responsibility for the damages of all nature that may be due to the presence of viruses in the contents and elements of the APP and the Web.

Obligations of the user

The user is obliged to carry out a lawful use of the APP, the Web and the services offered in accordance with current legislation, respecting the rights of intellectual property and/or industrial and/or any other type of Nexus and third parties.

The user undertakes not to do through the APP, the Web and/or the services offered by Nexus any action that causes damage or alterations, nor hint the operation of the APP, without causing technical problems, not transferring virus carrier elements or damaging, intercepting or intercepting the APP and the Web totally or partially.

Data protection and cookies

Nexus will respect, at all times, both the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (General Regulation of Data Protection), as expected in all current regulations on the protection of personal data and in relation to the use of cookies. Nexus does not guarantee the veracity, reliability, precision, opportunity or convenience of the information provided to users by third parties.

Intellectual and industrial property

Nexus, as an exclusive or non-exclusive owner or assignment, holds the intellectual and industrial property rights over all elements of the APP and the Web; As a merely enunciative, software and its source and object codes, texts, graphics, videos, images, designs, distinctive signs, logos, commercial names, brands, software files, color combinations, as well as structure, selection, management and presentation of the content. Therefore, its reproduction, distribution, public communication and/or transformation to all users, in any modality or format is prohibited, unless indicated otherwise on the APP and the Web.

Miscellany

The conditions of this Legal Notice constitute the total agreement between Nexus and the user with regard to the purpose of this document and can only be modified by a written correction signed by an authorized Nexus person or through the publication of a revised version by Nexus.

If any clause of the conditions of this legal notice was declared totally or partially null or ineffective, it will affect only that provision or part of the same that is null or ineffective, subsequently subsisting the rest of the conditions of the legal notice.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice, privacy policies and cookies and/or Nexus use policies, as well as any relationship between users and Nexus, will be governed by Spanish legislation. In case of conflict in the application or interpretation of these documents, the parties submit to the courts and courts of Barcelona.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, when the user is considered as a consumer, he will be able to claim his rights as such in relation to the legal notice, the privacy and cookies policies and/or the conditions of use of Nexus both in Spain and in his Member State of Residence in the European Union.
